·        To provide engineering design and contracting firm both in local and abroad.

·        To work for the advancement of members and others in all fields of human endeavor; education, cultural, social, economic, political and religious/spiritual affairs.

·        Implementing projects, processes, programs and new ideas..

·        To familiarize and introduce Mindanao rich economic resources and investment potential to Saudi businessmen.

·        To bridge and bring together Saudi investors and their counterparts in the Philippines and Mindanao in particular.

·        To promote rich tourism spots in Mindanao and elsewhere in the country.

·        To invite Saudi businessmen and make investments in Mindanao, particularly in hospitals, hotels, educational institutions and real estate. 

·        To make use of veteran professionals among OFWs from Mindanao in various fields, among them bilingual executives

·        To exploit their good contacts and expertise gained during their considerable time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and

·        To translate these, among others, into fruitful business deals.
